Dryer drum support rollers and pulley shafts are the components that hold the drum in position inside a commercial dryer and allow it to rotate smoothly and evenly throughout the drying cycle. Worn rollers and shafts are a common cause of noise and vibration from commercial dryers.

Rollers
We stock drum support rollers in plastic and steel variants for the most common commercial dryer brands. Steel rollers offer longer service life in high-use environments. Roller kits typically include the roller wheel and bearing assembly.

Roller shafts
Roller pulley shafts support the roller wheels and transmit the drum's weight to the machine frame. Where the shaft is worn or damaged but the rollers are serviceable, the shaft can be replaced independently.

Always replace in sets
Drum support rollers should always be replaced as a complete set. Mixing worn and new rollers creates uneven drum support, causing noise, accelerated wear and potential drum damage.
