No, all orders are shipped using our approved shipping carriers and freight partners.

Are local customs and import fees included?

Local duties and taxes are not included.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Global Laundry Parts is responsible for your order until it has been delivered and scanned at the provided delivery address. We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery before accepting it.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date.

For defective or damaged items, please email photos or videos clearly showing the product, issue, and serial number to info@globallaundryparts.com within 8 days of delivery. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

Please note that refunds for damaged items are only available for products returned in unused condition.

Returns & warranty

What is your return policy?

Global Laundry Parts does not accept returns except for items that are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Customers should inspect all packages upon delivery and refuse any shipment that arrives visibly damaged. Damaged shipments must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Defective items must be reported within 8 days of delivery by emailing info@globallaundryparts.com with photos or videos clearly showing the product, issue, and serial number.

All returns must follow the provided RMA instructions. Returns that do not follow the approved RMA process may not be accepted. International customers must label returned packages as “Product for Return” on customs forms.

Refunds and replacements are processed after returned items are received and inspected by GLP in Sarasota, Florida. Returned items must be unused to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a GLP shipping error, damage, or defect.

Any discounts, promotions, or free shipping offers may be adjusted based on the final order value after a return.

Do your parts come with a warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our products. All parts are carefully inspected by experienced laundry professionals before shipment to help ensure they meet our quality standards. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the manufacturer and product type.

Please verify part numbers and machine compatibility before placing your order. If you are unsure, our team is happy to help identify the correct part before purchase. Returns are generally not accepted for incorrectly ordered items unless approved through our return process.
