Global Laundry Parts does not accept returns except for items that are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
Customers should inspect all packages upon delivery and refuse any shipment that arrives visibly damaged. Damaged shipments must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Defective items must be reported within 8 days of delivery by emailing info@globallaundryparts.com with photos or videos clearly showing the product, issue, and serial number.
All returns must follow the provided RMA instructions. Returns that do not follow the approved RMA process may not be accepted. International customers must label returned packages as “Product for Return” on customs forms.
Refunds and replacements are processed after returned items are received and inspected by GLP in Sarasota, Florida. Returned items must be unused to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a GLP shipping error, damage, or defect.
Any discounts, promotions, or free shipping offers may be adjusted based on the final order value after a return.
