Pricing

All pricing on purchase orders is final.

All payments must be processed and received in full before the order is shipped. This ensures a smooth transaction and timely delivery of your items. If you have any questions about payment methods or processing times, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

– Global Laundry Parts accept payments by PayPal and major Credit Cards.

– The order will not be shipped until a payment has cleared.

– All prices on this website are final, additional discounts will be applied in the cart.

– Global Laundry Parts offers volume savings on bigger orders, ensuring low prices.

– A transaction fee / surcharge fee may be applied at checkout.

– Processing and handling fee will be added to every order.

– Global Laundry Parts does not accept orders for backordered items.

– Global Laundry Parts does not permit net-term purchases for orders under $3,000. All net-term customers will need to make purchases on the website for orders below this amount.

-To process a net-term order, please contact sales@globallaundryparts.com. 

– Website orders at www.globallaundryparts.com do not allow net-terms.

– Customers with net-terms agree to have the funds available for Global Laundry Parts by due date.

– If a customer with net-terms are late with the payment, no new orders can be processed, and a delayed payment fee will accrued daily. Global Laundry Parts will apply a 0.5% penalty interest for every day the payment is late, including weekends and holidays, starting the day after the due date.

– Global Laundry Parts reserves the right to reduce or revoke net-terms at any time if we detect misuse or non-compliance with our payment terms.

– Net-term customers can now only make payments via ACH transfer; checks are no longer accepted.

– Net-term orders are not eligible for the same discounts listed on www.globallaundryparts.com, unless clearly stated otherwise.

– A surcharge fee will be applied for net-term orders.

– Processing and handling fee will be added to every order.

– Delivery is FOB Sarasota, FL USA.

– Orders will be shipped within one to two business day after a cleared payment is received. Please note that an order can be delayed, if a part is out of stock.

– Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided. If you do not receive it, please contact Global Laundry Parts support to request your tracking number.

– Shipping insurance will only be added upon request at cost.

– Global Laundry Parts do not process orders on weekends and US public holidays.

– Custom charges, duties, and taxes are not included (customers responsibility).

– Product delivery time is subject to inventory availability and shipping location. Global Laundry Parts continually add new items and restock inventory.

– If a part is out of stock, it can take up to 16 weeks to restock.

Global Laundry parts does not accept returns unless:

– A buyer should check the package upon delivery. If the package is damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package so it can return to us and contact our customer service promptly (within 30 days of delivery).

  • Refunds for damaged orders are offered only if items are returned in unused condition.

– Defective products will be offered an exchange and or refund. Defect must be shared with sales@globallaundryparts.com within 8 days of delivery

  • Global Laundry Parts will need verification (image or video) of defect and or damaged showing clearly the product, defect/damage, and serial number.

– Please note that Global Laundry Parts may not receive the package if the buyer does not follow the RMA instructions. If the return is not completed according to the RMA instructions, Global Laundry Parts will be unable to process and complete the return, and the buyer will be solely responsible for any consequences.

International buyers: it is IMPORTANT to declare your package as “Product for Return” on the Customs Declaration Form, otherwise, your return will NOT be accepted.

– If Global Laundry Parts made an error in shipping, Global Laundry Parts will pay a return shipping fee.

– In case of return, discounts and promotions will be adjusted accordingly. Per qualification for the discount and/or promotion.

– In the case of a return, if you received free shipping as part of your volume discount, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the returned item.

– Refunds will be processed once the returned item/items are received and inspected by GLP in Sarasota, Florida.

– Replacement part/parts will be sent to customer once the damaged/defective item/items are received and inspected by GLP in Sarasota, Florida.

– If a return is processed for any reason other than damage or defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless GLP agrees to alternative terms.

The goods shall be packaged to export-grade standards and delivered by the supplier or its nominated carrier to the delivery location on the date(s) specified in the order.

The goods will not be delivered in installments unless otherwise stated in the order.

At Global Laundry Parts, we prioritize fast and reliable shipping for our customers worldwide. We partner with leading carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to offer competitive rates and ensure timely delivery. Please note that while we strive to provide the best shipping experience, duties and taxes are not included in our shipping costs and may be applied upon your package’s arrival in your country.

Global Laundry Parts is responsible for shipping goods until they are delivered and scanned at the specified delivery address. We offer international shipping to ensure our products reach customers worldwide.

Goods will not be delivered in installments unless otherwise specified in the order.

– Orders can be canceled without any penalties before shipment. If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, cancellation fees may apply to cover shipping and handling costs.

– For any canceled orders where payment has been processed, please allow up to 10 business days for a refund.

We ensure that our laundry parts are of the highest quality. Before delivery, each part is thoroughly inspected by dedicated laundry professionals.

Please contact GLP to send your updated tax exemption certificate.

An updated tax exemption certificate must be sent to Global Laundry Parts in January of each new calendar year.

– Credits will be deducted before discount, and can not be applied towards shipping costs.

– Credits must be used within 12 months/365 days.

– All discounts are subject to change without notice.

– Special priced items does not qualify for any additional discounts, unless stated otherwise.

– Original (OEM) items or Door Locks: W-DO-LO-ALS-5200* and W-DO-LO-ALS-7701* does not qualify for any additional discounts, unless stated otherwise.

– Fixed Cases does not qualify for any additional discounts / special priced items, unless stated otherwise.

– Parts on this website is Replacement Parts / Generic, Unless Specified OEM, Original or Authentic.
