This O-ring completes the seal at the bearing housing when paired with a 40mm or 58mm IPSO seal plate (part numbers 117/00001/00, 9001032, 119/00001/00 or 9001116), helping to keep the assembly watertight. Replacing the O-ring along with the seal plate ensures a proper, leak-free fit on a wide range of Alliance-family commercial washers.
